good location clean apartment comfortable bed old pillows poor vacuuming green firelogs
the location was good. the apartment was very clean. the bed was very comfortable.
the pillows were not great (they were quite lumpy and old!). the cleaners could use a little bit of advice on how to actually vacuum a rug. i think they should burn all the green fire logs and go back to standard fireplace logs.

The two-bedroom suite WAS spacious and ideal for our family! It included a fully stocked kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals. The balcony was a tranquil space where I could relax with a morning coffee.
The gym equipment was slightly outdated, but otherwise EVERYTHING was great.

I found the location lovely! it was just a short walk to the village centre. the two bedroom suite seemed like a warm embrace after a long day. the fireplace was so cosy. Buying the $5 bricks for a fire was worth every penny!
The lack of an on-site coffee shop was a minor inconvenience, though the hotel around the corner had one, which i visited. It would have been nice for a morning coffee right there.

The pool area includes a warm pool and a steamy hot tub, nice for a relaxing swim even late at night. The sauna is easily accessible. there is also convenient parking.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a dining area, and seating, enabling preparation of meals easily. The apartment had all needed items. it felt wonderful to cook.

This location offers convenient access to the whistler gondola and village, merely a short walk over a small hill. A personal shuttle service runs for hours, which benefits skiers greatly, otherwise it's a short walk. the hotel is well located.

the room smelled bad , which was not a good start. the room needed a deep clean , and it looked like maintenance had been ignored. everything felt grimy , and there was water damage in the bathroom that had been covered with plastic.
